We ship out items everyday Monday thru Friday. If you purchase an item on Friday please do not expect to receive the item until the following Thursday. For everyones sake do not bid if you are not 100% comfortable with the shipping policies. Getting a 4 star rating or less is brutal with eBay's new feedback/dsr system. If you are unhappy for any reason, request a pre-paid return shipping label - we email that right to you. That label is all you need to return your item. Using the prepaid label will provide faster processing of the return. Please note there may be a $12 restocking fee for boots and an $8 fee for shoes. If your item featured FREE shipping and you return the item, you may be required to pay the original shipping charge that was waived. MOST IMPORTANT: If the shoes come back with wear on the soles or damaged, we absolutely do not issue a refund. Do not spend additional money on shipping if you know it will not end well. |
