We ship out items everyday Monday thru Friday. If you purchase an item on Friday please do not expect to receive the item until the following Thursday. If you are unhappy for any reason, request a pre-paid return shipping label - we email that right to you. That label is all you need to return your item. Using the prepaid label will provide faster processing of the return. Please note there may be a $12 restocking fee for boots and an $8 fee for shoes. If your item featured FREE shipping and you return the item, you may be required to pay the original shipping charge that was waived.
